When a new job is posted related to your skills and experience, we'll text you with the job title, the company name, the job ID number and the location of the job. Be the first to know about jobs in your career field so you can be the first to apply!

PRIORITY RESUME PLACEMENT

Every time a candidate applies for a job, their resume is sent to the employer. With Featured Job Seeker status, your resume will automatically be bumped toward the top of the resume list, giving your resume the opportunity to be read first for every job you apply to. Not all job seekers are actively looking as hard as others so this feature gives an advantage to serious job seekers when both types apply for the same position. In addition, employers typically work from top to bottom when viewing resumes and the fact of the matter is that employers simply don't have time to review the massive number of resumes that get submitted for each job. Make sure your resume is getting read first!

DATABASE RESUME PLACEMENT

Sometimes, employers will not post their job on our site. Instead they purchase access to our Resume Database where they can search through resumes to find the candidates they want to interview. Other employers will both list their job on our site AND review the Resume Database. With Featured Job Seeker status, your resume will get bumped toward the top of the list when employers search for applicants with skills and experience related to yours.

EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS

With Featured Job Seeker status, you will receive instant email notifications on new jobs as they are posted. Email notifications are different from the standard Job Agent emails that job seekers receive. The Job Agent is on an automated rotation schedule and could take up to 24 hours to notify job seekers of new jobs. With Featured Job Seeker email notifications, you will be notified IMMEDIATELY when a job is posted that relates to the keywords you selected when you registered as a job seeker.
